About LeeAnn Gibbs
LeeAnn Gibbs has partnered with leaders and staffs to build conscious communities of learners. From the board room to the classroom, she addresses the core foundation of building a learning community from the inside out. She builds the capacity in leaders to address human issues that get in the way of learning and system transformation. She is a pioneer in blending Appreciative Inquiry, World Café, Systemic Thinking, Learning Conversations, and Leadership Development for Learning Organizations.
Her work moves school systems from theory to practical application. She focuses on the integration of content and the human side of learning. She bridges the gap between parents and school personnel, building the support and implementation for successful learner development.
Qualifications
So what makes LeeAnn qualified to work with me?
- Thirteen years of successful public education classroom experience – elementary through high school.
- Over 30 years of coaching human dynamics in systems – from family systems to work systems.
- Leadership experience as CEO and director of work training facility.
- Eleven years of developing successful leaders of learning communities – from the classroom to the staff room!
- A Masters degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a focus on Leadership IN Human Systems.
- Life experience with “people whispering” – bringing a unique understanding and insight into the human dynamics of system, change and transformation.
